This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you and the Neon Groove Spin studio ("we," "us," or "our") that governs your use of the Neon Groove Spin game and this website (together, the "Game"). By downloading, opening, or playing the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Neon Groove Spin is a free-to-play game offered for entertainment only. It does not involve real-money gambling, and virtual coins, energy, fragments and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.

2. License to Play
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
3. Virtual Items & Currency
The Game contains virtual items and currencies, including coins, energy, Fame, stars, vinyl fragments and records. You should understand that:
- Virtual items are part of the Game and are licensed to you for in-game use only — you do not own them.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, goods, or anything of value outside the Game.
- Virtual items are not a bank balance, credit, or property, and provide no expectation of real-money reward.
- We may adjust, manage, or remove virtual items as part of normal operation of the Game.
4. Entertainment-Only Notice
Neon Groove Spin uses slot-style visuals purely for fun. It is not gambling, does not offer an opportunity to win real money or real prizes, and does not use real currency for wagering. Practice or success in the Game does not imply any future success in real-money gambling of any kind.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Game, you agree that you will not:
- Cheat, use bots, exploits, modified clients, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage or interferes with normal play;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where the law expressly permits it;

7. Updates & Availability
We may update, modify, or improve the Game at any time, and may add, change, or remove features. We may also suspend or discontinue the Game, in whole or in part, at any time. We are not required to provide any particular feature, item, or level of availability, and the Game may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
8. User Content & Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Game, you agree that we may use them freely, without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you, to operate and improve the Game.
9. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you breach this Agreement, misuse the Game, or where we reasonably need to protect the Game or other players. On termination, the license granted to you ends and your locally stored progress may be lost.
10. Disclaimers
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs, or that any defect will be corrected. You use the Game at your own discretion and risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising out of or related to your use of the Game. Because the Game is free to play, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Game or your breach of this Agreement.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the Game.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Nothing in this Agreement removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
